AI virtual receptionists in Spain: 2026 price comparison

Cover: monthly fee and included minutes of our three voice plans and of the Autónomo plan of Recepcionista.com, with data at 13 October 2026 (its pricing page, read that day, and that of our voice assistant). The rest of the offers are in the table.

This comparison covers offers on sale in Spain, with the prices in euros that each provider publishes. The quotes from the providers' pages are our translation of the Spanish originals.

An AI virtual receptionist in Spain costs, in the offers we have reviewed, between €39.90 and €99 a month on its entry plan. Those that publish the minutes include between 120 and 500. The most complete plans go up to €299 a month.

We are an interested party: we sell one. That is why each competitor's price comes with the link to its pricing page, read on 22 September 2026 (Recepcionista.com's, once more on 13 October 2026), and we also say where our offer comes out worse.

The table

The entry plan of each provider and, for Proxera and Recepcionista.com, also their higher plans. "€ per included minute" is our own calculation: fee divided by included minutes.

The higher plans they publish:

• atiendeIA: API €89/month (1 phone line) and PRO €299/month (2 lines). The €49 START is "without a phone line". Minutes are charged separately and they do not publish the price.
• Recepcionista.com: Equipo, €199/month with 900 minutes, up to 5 panel users and 2 inbound routes; and Pro, €299/month with 1,500 minutes. Their three plans carry "WhatsApp included: 1,000 messages a month" and the additional voice minute at €0.18, excluding VAT.
• Proxera: Voz Multidioma, €198/month with 750 minutes, answers in Spanish, English, French and German. Catalan: available if the client asks for it, at no extra cost.
• Zerovoz: the price is that of its virtual switchboard with AI. It is a complete switchboard per user, not just a receptionist, and it requires 5 users as a minimum.

A dash (—) means that we have not found it on their pricing page. It does not mean that they do not have it.

Where we come out worse

We say it before you find out yourself:

• We are not the cheapest on fee. secretariaIA (€39.90) and atiendeIA START (€49) cost less per month.
• Nor on the included minute. On the entry plan, Zerovoz works out at €0.20 per included minute; our voice only, at €0.23. On the higher plans, Recepcionista.com Equipo works out at €0.22 and Pro at €0.20; our Voz Multidioma, at €0.26.
• Our top plan comes with fewer minutes. Voz Multidioma: €198 with 750 minutes. Recepcionista.com Equipo: €199 with 900.
• On voice only, the extra minute is more expensive: €0.20, against Recepcionista.com's €0.18.
• On the voice plans, WhatsApp is extra. Recepcionista.com includes it in its three plans and says it has no "standard set-up fee". Our WhatsApp + voice package costs €129 a month, with a setup fee of €823.
• We ask for a 3-month minimum term. secretariaIA, Zerovoz and Recepcionista.com say they have none.
• We do not book appointments or put the call through to a person. If what you need is for the assistant to close the appointment with a day and time, or to put the call through live, this is not your option.
• Voice only and Voz Pro speak only Spanish on the phone. Voz Multidioma adds English, French and German. Catalan: available if the client asks for it, at no extra cost.
• We have no free trial. secretariaIA gives 30 days.

Where we come out better

• Extra minute at €0.15 on Voz Pro and Voz Multidioma, against Recepcionista.com's €0.18. Zerovoz charges it at €0.12, but within a switchboard with a minimum of 5 users.
• More minutes for €99: Voz Pro includes 500; Recepcionista.com's Autónomo, 200, although theirs also carries WhatsApp.
• A Barcelona (93) number of its own for each client, without changing yours.

In dollars, not converted, because the exchange rate and taxes distort the comparison:

• Rosie: $49/month, 250 minutes (heyrosie.com).
• My AI Front Desk: $99/month, or $79/month paying yearly, with 200 voice minutes and web chat and SMS included (myaifrontdesk.com).

What to look at before signing up

1. The minutes, not just the fee. A low fee with few minutes works out expensive if your phone rings a lot. Work out how many minutes of calls you receive a month.
2. What happens when they run out. Extra minute published or not. If they do not publish it, ask before.
3. What it does with the call. Taking the message, booking the appointment or putting you through are three different products. Choose the one you need.
4. The diversion. Almost all of them work by diverting your current number. Check that your operator and your type of line allow it: we explain it in how to divert your business calls to an AI receptionist.
5. The language. If your clients call in Catalan, Basque or Galician, ask. Voice only and Voz Pro answer only in Spanish; Voz Multidioma, also in English, French and German. Catalan: available if the client asks for it, at no extra cost.
6. Minimum term and VAT. Not all of them say the same, nor say it equally clearly.
