Its purpose is to make known the products and services offered by PROXERA AI SOLUTIONS GROUP, S.L., a company specialised in the development and marketing of SaaS software for the automation of commercial processes through artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.

Through the Site, users can obtain information on the AI solutions offered by Proxera, request demonstrations, contact the sales team and access the content of the corporate blog. The actual hiring of the services is formalised through a separate proposal and contract.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal conditions. The user undertakes to make a lawful, diligent and correct use of the Site and its contents, in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order.

The following is expressly prohibited:

The trade names "Proxera" and "XERA", their logos and other distinctive signs are the property of PROXERA AI SOLUTIONS GROUP, S.L. Their use without express authorisation is prohibited. No provision of this Legal Notice shall be interpreted as a grant of a licence or right of use over those distinctive signs.

The source code of the software developed by Proxera, including the AI solutions marketed through the Site, is an asset protected as a literary work under the Ley de Propiedad Intelectual (RDL 1/1996). Its total or partial reproduction, distribution or public communication is expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

A user who wishes to make use of any protected content must request prior written authorisation at info@proxera.es. Requests will be assessed case by case.

PROXERA AI SOLUTIONS GROUP, S.L. does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the website or its contents. The company disclaims any liability for damages of any nature arising from:
