XERA is not a program we sell you: it is the way Proxera works, replicated and adapted to your business. What we install for you is our own panel, the one we use every day to run this company's sales, accounting, website and social media, configured with your data and your way of working.
That's why there is no invention phase. There is an adaptation phase.
What problem it takes off your plate
Not the one from your usual software: your tax program already settles taxes and doesn't need to be touched. The problem XERA removes is the one in between — the email that comes in and nobody sorts, the invoice that arrives and nobody reconciles, the Google ranking nobody checks, the lead who replied three days ago and still has no follow-up. None of those things belongs to a specific program. They sit between all of them, and that is why they end up being yours.

XERA Air is for one person working alone; if there are two or more of you, Starter. Setup fee €250 and a minimum term of 3 months. The customer takes out the Claude account, in their own name ($20/month: Anthropic's price, which may change). XERA Air page →
And part of the cost isn't ours, so we tell you here and not in the small print. The intelligence is provided by Anthropic (Claude) and you take out the subscription yourself, in your own name: it doesn't go through Proxera and we add no margin. Today Anthropic lists Max 5× at $100/month and Max 20× at $200/month. Those are their prices and they can change without us deciding it.

Proxera AI Solutions Group was born from the union of Robert Graf and Miller Espinosa: two complementary profiles —business and technology— with a shared vision, to bring artificial intelligence to service companies in a practical and useful way. CEO and founder
Behind it, Robert Graf, with more than 17 years automating business processes and AI training from The Power Business School. He brings a practical view of technology: identify real problems before proposing solutions and apply AI with business sense, without 'hype'. He leads Proxera's commercial and client strategy.
Miller Espinosa
CTO and co-founder
Automation and robotics engineer (master's from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and AI automation consultant. Founder of Elevaiti, he helps law firms and accounting and tax advisory firms digitise their processes and scale in an orderly way. Responsible for XERA's technical development, specialised in cloud architecture, integrations and multi-agent systems.
We are from Barcelona: office in Montcada i Reixac (metropolitan area). We come to see you in person anywhere in the province of Barcelona —including Barcelona city, the Vallès and the Baix Llobregat—; we reach the rest of Spain remotely.
