How much the voice assistant costs
The voice assistant has three plans, with no setup fee and a 3-month minimum term: Voice only, €58 per month with 250 call minutes included (extra minute €0.20), Voz Pro, €99 per month with 500 minutes included (extra minute €0.15) and sending each message to a web address of your tool included; on Voice only that sending is a one-off €149. These two include an own Barcelona (93) number and answer in Spanish only. The third, Voz Multidioma, is €198 per month with 750 minutes included (extra minute €0.15), answers in Spanish, English, French and German and goes live when you give the OK; it does not include connecting your CRM, which is a second phase quoted separately. Custom connection to your CRM, if it has an API, is a one-off payment of €490. Paying the year in advance means 11 monthly fees. Together with Xera Chat (Conecta + voice) it is €129 per month with 500 minutes included, with the Conecta plan setup fee (€498) and the setup fee of the official WhatsApp integration from Meta (€325); the voice setup is included. Prices exclude VAT, with a 3-month minimum term and a 15-day trial at no cost on the Voice only plan.

Your call panel, included
With any of the voice plans you get your own panel, in the browser on your phone or computer, at no extra cost. Each customer sees only their own.
- A summary of the period, compared with the previous one: calls received, average length, messages and the callers who hung up without speaking.
- Charts of calls by hour and by day.
- The list with filters and a page for each call, with its recording and its transcript.
- The messages with a phone number that you still have to return, and a way to mark the ones you already did.
- The list as a file that opens in Excel.
