It is an electronic signature
Article 25 of the European eIDAS regulation prevents denying it legal effect only because it is electronic. The data is stored on our server in Finland. It is a simple signature: not advanced, not qualified.

No minimum term. VAT extra.
What counts as a document: a sending signed by all the signatories. If they reject it or it expires, it does not count.
Who it is for
SMEs and professionals who today send a PDF, wait for it to come back printed, signed and scanned, and file it as best they can. Three uses:
- Quotes: the client accepts by signing, not with an “ok” in an email.
- Service contracts: both parties sign the same document.
- Engagement letters: the engagement letter is signed before the work starts.
How it works, in 3 steps
Each client will have their own page at Proxera, with their own templates. We are building it: when you request set-up, we tell you as soon as yours is ready. From there, you will do it:

You will go into your page and choose your template.

You will enter the signatory's email and send.
They will receive a link and sign from the browser.

Your page will tell you when they have signed.
The signed PDF remains with its audit report: the record of everything that happened with that document.
Whoever signs will receive an email from Proxera and will sign on a Proxera page. Your logo will appear on your page and in the header of your documents, not in that email or on that page.

What it is not for
It is a simple electronic signature. It is not advanced or qualified.
It is for
quotes, service contracts and engagement letters between companies or with clients who do not require a specific type of signature.
It is not for
documents that require an advanced or qualified signature: for example, some procedures with the Administration, or any document for which a rule or the other party asks for a certificate.
If someone denies having signed
In Spain, whoever presents the document has to prove that it is authentic (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, art. 326.3). When a qualified trust service has been used, on the other hand, it is presumed (art. 326.4). That is why we keep the evidence above.
If your document needs an advanced or qualified signature, we tell you so and do not sell it to you.
